The county board is the governing body of the county of Crow Wing. Board members, in partnership with county staff, work to ensure the delivery of services and programs essential to the continued prosperity of Crow Wing County.
The county administrator serves as the clerk of the county board.
Commissioners
There are five members of the county board and each represents one of five districts:
District 1 - Paul Koering
District 2 - Paul M. Thiede
District 3 - Rachel Reabe Nystrom, Chair
District 4 - Rosemary Franzen, Vice Chair
District 5 - Doug Houge

Meetings
County board meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board Room located on the third floor of the Historic Courthouse. view 2013 schedule
The county board also holds informational Committee of the Whole meetings. These meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Jinx Ferrari Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse.

Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners meetings air on local cable access channel 8 on Thursdays at 7:00 pm for subscribers to either Charter Communications or Consolidated Telephone cable services.
