Due to the health and safety concerns within our community, Crow Wing County has suspended the Public Fingerprinting service. All appointments that have been scheduled will be cancelled. At this time, it is uncertain as to when we will resume normal operations.

Fingerprinting

Fingerprints for licensing or other non-criminal purposes are completed in the Crow Wing County Judicial Center, located at 213 Laurel Street, Brainerd. There is a service fee of $10.

This service is offered Monday through Friday, between the hours of 11:00am and 3:30pm. An appointment is required and can be made by calling 218-822-7050 at least 1 day in advance of the requested date and time, between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm.

A valid picture identification and the $10 fee are required at the time of fingerprinting. Fees can be paid by cash, credit card or cashier check/money order. Prints are electronic and copies are available immediately.

NETStudy 2.0 Background Studies

Community Services is now able to process NETStudy 2.0 background studies to include fingerprinting for the purposes of licensing child care, adult foster care and child foster care programs.

Available: Monday through Friday (except holidays) 9:00am - 4:00pm

To complete a study the individual must have the authorization form (initiated by the employer of agency), fees paid, and a photo ID.
